General terms and conditions is a trade enterprise which is subject to the German right.

Right of return

The customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), is entitled to exercise a right of return within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating reasons. This only applies within the Federal Republic of Germany for products ordered by dispatch. The time limit is granted by the timely dispatch of packageable goods or, if this cannot be dispatched as a package, by a timely return request to the sender address of the distribution warehouse printed on the package. However, the prerequisite is that the goods are in absolutely mint condition and in their original packaging. 
In the case of a revocation the buyer has to bear the forwarding expenses under the conditions of § 357 Abs. 2 BGB.
The customer must replace the reduction in value resulting from the use of the goods, unless the reduction in value is exclusively due to the examination of the goods. 

VExcluded from the right of return are goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable for a return due to their nature, as well as unsealed or unsealed sound, image & data carriers.


Immediately after receipt of the goods, the customer must inspect them immediately for defects. The assertion of obvious defects is excluded 14 days after receipt of the goods. The punctual dispatch of a written notification to us (post/fax/mail) is sufficient to meet the deadline. 

Damages in transit

If the customer recognises damage to the packaging upon receipt of the delivery, he must have the damage confirmed in writing by the carrier upon acceptance of the goods and inform us.

Additional General Terms and Conditions

For resellers:
 The prices listed in the online shop are in Euro (€). The listed prices are not discounted. The agreed discount will only be deducted upon invoicing or, if desired, in a non-binding offer. For delivery via a shipping service provider, additional shipping and packaging costs of 4 € per package, ex warehouse Flensburg, apply. Errors, mistakes & price changes reserved! The availability of the articles is not guaranteed!

The customer has to examine the supplies immediately after receipt carefully and completely. Detected defects, wrong deliveries or shortages must be reported in writing (or by telephone) within three working days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the entire delivery shall be deemed approved. Wrong deliveries or defective goods shall be sent to and returned from the supplier free of charge. Unfree shipments will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to the sender, even if we have been previously informed of the return! 

The exchange or the return because of not liking, changed size desires, etc. are not possible. Exceptions must be clarified with us in advance or no later than three days after receipt of the goods. However, goods ordered separately at the customer's request which are not in our stock range are generally excluded from this! In the case of return shipments approved by us due to nonconformity, changed size requests, etc., we shall be entitled to charge an expense allowance of max. 15% of the net value of the goods as well as the shipping and packaging costs incurred by us. The exact costs for this must be clarified with us before the return shipment. If this does not happen, the customer waives a possible reduction of the 15% rate. A return due to late delivery is only justified if the customer has informed us in writing of a latest delivery date when placing the order and this date was not met through our fault. 
Should the subsequent delivery of arrears not be desired, this must be notified to us in writing within three working days of receipt of the main delivery. 
The correctness of the order is not guaranteed by us with telephone orders. Prices, terms of delivery and terms of payment specified by the customer on the order/orders are not binding for us if they do not correspond to the agreements made between us and the customer. 
Should subsequent deliveries be offered and made by us due to delivery bottlenecks, these shall be free of shipping and packaging costs. The addition of further goods as part of the shipment of the subsequent delivery shall also be free of shipping and packaging costs, insofar as we do not incur any additional costs as a result. Should additional costs arise due to the extension of the delivery, only these will of course be invoiced. In the case of such an order, the customer must explicitly refer to the subsequent delivery and clarify any additional costs for shipping or packaging with us. If this should not take place we cannot guarantee a common dispatch.

We are also forced by the EU to inform you about the Online Dispute Resolution, where online conflicts can be resolved.
