Conscious nutrition goes beyond your own physical well-being. We want to think along with how food is produced, how we organize cooking and how we share it with others.
These questions are answered in the capitalist world with the logic of profit, destruction of the environment and the exploitation of female * labor.
We must fight against this and find new, liberated ways of living together!
That is why we cook together, without a gender-related division of labor. We try to use seasonal, regional and saved food and give out meals for donations or for free.
Liberated society begins in the kitchen!
