Soy Chunks 250g
This roughly coin-sized variant is ideal for vegetarian goulash, ragout, frikasse and much more.
How are soy chunks made? Soy beans are ground and purely mechanically pressed in several pressing processes to a residual fat content of just under 5%. The defatted soy flour is now extruded in an extruder to its meat-like shape and texture (= "popped up", similar to cornflakes).
How are soy chunks prepared? The chunks are soaked in hot vegetable stock for only 5 - 10 minutes. Then you can fry the chunks and process them into goulash, ragout, fillings or serve the crispy chunks directly on a juicy salad plate.
How long can soy chunks keep? These high-quality vegetarian products can be kept for at least one year or longer without refrigeration.
Ingredients: soy flour *, water (* = without genetic engineering!)
